1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Gosip, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gosip. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3. Account Registration

  • One account per phone number
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
  • Device-bound authentication means your device IS your access key
  • You may have up to 2 profiles (personal and/or business) per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Send spam, harassment, or hate speech
  • Share illegal content or content that violates others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the app's security
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • Use automated tools or bots
  • Abuse the Yeti Coin system or subscription features
  • Post duplicate or misleading content to manipulate health scores

5. Content & Buzzes

  • You retain ownership of content you create
  • By posting buzzes, you grant Gosip a license to display them within the platform
  • Buzzes expire based on your subscription plan (30-365 days)
  • Deleted content may take up to 30 days to be fully removed from all servers
  • We may remove content that violates these terms or community guidelines

6. Subscription & Yeti Coins

  • Free accounts receive 2 buzzes and 2 sips per day
  • Additional buzzes cost Ɏ50 each, sips cost Ɏ10 each
  • New users receive Ɏ100 welcome bonus
  • Yeti Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Subscription plans are billed monthly in Yeti Coins
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing and plans

7. Health Score

Your health score (0-100%) is calculated based on engagement, content quality, consistency, reciprocity, community participation, and trust. Duplicate content, spam, and confirmed reports reduce your score. The algorithm is transparent and viewable in the app.

8. Communities

  • Community creators are responsible for moderating their communities
  • Inactive members may be automatically removed after 3 months
  • Community limits depend on your subscription plan
  • We may remove communities that consistently violate guidelines

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

10. Disclaimer

Gosip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
